Rain uses different courier partners to get your SIM to you. Please look out for an SMS from the courier with tracking and contact information.
RAM Deliveries:
You can follow the link in your delivery SMS to track your order, alternatively:
- Log into https://tr.ram.co.za
- Insert order ref number e.g. RAIN02-00001234
- To verify, insert the mobile number you gave us when purchasing the rain product
A delivery status screen should pop up with the status of your delivery:
Changing your delivery address:
- Follow the above steps until Delivery status
- Click on the change address tab which will take you to a map view
- Enter the new address for delivery

CCD Deliveries:
CCD will phone you to arrange a delivery time and confirm your details with you.
Tracking your order:
- Go to the CCD website: https://www.ccdcouriers.co.za
- Click on “Track and Trace” on the top right
- Enter the last 4 digits of your ID and your tracking number (e.g. RAIN02-00001234)
- Click “Track your Order”
- You will be directed to a page in which your delivery status will be displayed as one of the following options:
