Rain currently has 2 product offerings

- 5G for home – Standard Package (R699 pm)
To migrate between the 2 products please email us on email@example.com with you ID number.
Your downgrade and upgrade will only take place once an agent has confirmed receipt of the request and action-ed the change on the system. Upgrades take 24 to 48 hours from the time the agent logs the change on the system. Downgrades will only happen at beginning of the new month based on the date the agent logs the change on the system.
Note that 4G and 5G are separate products and therefore you are unable to upgrade from 4G to 5G or vice versa as it requires its own unique device and sim.
