It’s easy to upgrade and downgrade plans for your SIMs. Go to my rain, click ‘manage’ on the SIM you want to change, scroll down, and select the plan you want to switch to. You’ll receive a mail from us as soon as we’ve made the switch. Upgrades are immediate. Downgrades happen at the end of the month.
Don’t see the plan you want to switch to? Not all plans can be switched to at the moment, in this case, you should contact support.
How will I be charged if I switch to another 4G plan
We don’t charge any upfront fees if you switch to another plan.
- If you upgrade, your bill at the end of the month will be the sum of: a pro-rata amount for your current plan from the beginning of the month to the date the upgrade takes effect, and
- a pro-rata amount for your new plan from the day after the upgrade to the end of the month.
If you’re moving from an off-peak plan, we’ll also add the total gigs you’ve used from the beginning of the month to the date of your upgrade.
If you downgrade, your bill will only change from the next month.
